amazing staff and tasty food!
friendly staff large pool tidy hotel
the staff were super friendly and helpful. the pool area was large enough. i did notice spaces at the adult pool were reserved before 07.00. the food was excellent and the hotel was clean and tidy!!!

attentive staff free drinks amazing food beach access
The staff was attentive and helpful throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the free drinks and snacks available at the bars. The variety was great. I found the food amazing with live cooking stations and diverse buffet options. The hotel provided multiple pools, beach access, and entertainment options.
The room decor seemed a bit outdated.

The dining area had varied options the food tasted very fresh and offered something for everyone. There was an excellent salad bar and a wide array of desserts available each day. The presentation was appealing.

the hotel has a private beach , easily accessible and well-kept. a variety of water sports are available at the beach area. i saw several lifeguards on duty ensuring safety. the hotel also offers complimentary beach towels and sunbeds.
the minibar in my room was not always promptly refilled.

the staff was friendly. the food selections had good variety. i loved the pools and beach access.
my room was not ready on arrival. the elevators were often crowded.
